Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.
- Managing major accounts in the designated territory to accomplish sales and company mission by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities and completing related results.
- Organizing and follow up sales, projects and customer purchase order till final customer acceptance (IAT & FAT) & payment release.
- Identifying market opportunities according to consumer requirements; competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; grow targeted market share.
- Participating and representing company during trade exhibitions.
- Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Achieve sales targets set by Management.
- Any additional duties assigned periodically by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ E&E engineering related
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in relevant field (regional experience is advantageous)
- Must have work experience in Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems / LED / Photonics / Advanced Packaging / Semiconductor industry
