Job Responsibilities:
Account & Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
Sales Target Achievements:
- Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
Job Requirements:
- GCE “O” level certificate.
- 3 years of sales experience, with good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Have a persistent and high work ethic with “Never Say Never” attitude.
