about the job
You will manage a portfolio of large clients and handle a wide range of corporate secretarial obligations ranging from preparation of resolutions, incorporations and attending to the drafting of minutes. You will also be expected to play a strategic role understanding disruptive trends, mentor and review junior team members whilst managing senior stakeholders, and leading by example to develop the team.
about the manager/team
You will work as a manager/senior manager within the corporate secretarial department in tandem with an assistant manager and a number of associates. The corporate secretarial department is managed by a director whom you will report to.
skills and experience required
You will be an experienced corporate secretary with no less than 10 years of experiences, predominantly in corporate service provider firms. ICSA qualifications are mandatory and you should have prior team management experience. Familiarity with dissolutions, restructuring, insolvency, listing and securities procedures and legislature is essential.
