About The Job
- Actively connecting with users via calls, understanding their needs, and recommending the best service option for them
- Attend and resolve customer enquiries and operations-related requests via calls, WhatsApp and emails on a timely basis.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to ensure project success.
- Additional/ ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Manager when required
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in sales, account management or business development.
- Good verbal and written skills in English, and verbal skills in Mandarin.
- Goal-oriented and hands-on mentality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and be open to changes
