Customer Service Associate (3-Months contract)

About The Job

  • Actively connecting with users via calls, understanding their needs, and recommending the best service option for them
  • Attend and resolve customer enquiries and operations-related requests via calls, WhatsApp and emails on a timely basis.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to ensure project success.
  • Additional/ ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Manager when required

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Experience in sales, account management or business development.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English, and verbal skills in Mandarin.
  • Goal-oriented and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and be open to changes
