Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned results-oriented marketing professional with deep expertise in B2B marketing and in driving Partnerships to lead our field marketing efforts for LinkedIn for Sales across Asia.


As a seasoned marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our regional marketing strategy, fostering collaboration with Sales, cross-functional business leaders, and clients to achieve tangible business outcomes.


As a key member in the Asia Pacific Marketing team, you will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success Leadership in Asia as well as with LinkedIn’s global marketing teams in the US and Europe.


Key responsibilities:

• Asia Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Asia marketing plan tailored to diverse audiences and market nuances. Lead efforts to penetrate and expand touchpoints in key accounts and markets to accelerate growth in the Acquisition and Enterprise Customer business.

• Partnerships and alliances: Collaborate with various marketing, channel, alliance, and enablement stakeholders in developing cross-functional go-to-market strategies

• Demand Generation: Work with cross-functional teams to create and promote Asia[1]specific content and demand generation programs.

• Event Management: Organize and execute LinkedIn events, including roundtables, seminars, conferences, and sponsorships, to support sales and thought leadership objectives.

• Thought Leadership: Champion the development of compelling content, narratives and customer success stories to enhance LinkedIn's thought leadership positioning.

• Global Collaboration: Partner with LinkedIn's global teams on selected narratives and campaigns to drive scalability and impact.

• Sales Enablement: Evangelize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, empowering Sales teams to become thought leaders and drive adoption. Deliver sales enablement collateral through presentations and merchandise.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement marketing programs supporting revenue growth.

• Product Adoption: Support the adoption of new and existing products, developing and promoting compelling narratives.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of B2B marketing, partner marketing or field marketing experience

• Expertise in marketing across South-east Asia, China, Taiwan, and North Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Korea).


Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record in large-scale events, account-based marketing, content marketing, customer lifecycle engagement programs and outbound acquisition campaigns with the Sales Development Team

• Experience in building and deploying end-to-end enterprise marketing programs aligned with sales objectives

• Experience driving business alliances for acquisition

• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in managing agencies and creative teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.

• Analytical ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• Digital marketing skills

• Familiarity with Martech and Sales Tech tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a data-driven approach to influence stakeholders.

• Fluency in an additional Asian language is a bonus (Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean)
