As a Service Crew at Royal Host's inaugural overseas store in Singapore's Jewel Changi Airport, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Management team. Your role will involve assisting in overseeing the Kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, contributing to menu development, and fostering a culture of teamwork and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- High commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver
excellent service
- Provide exceptional customers service and ensure a positive dining
experience
- Take customer orders accurately and relate them to the kitchen in a
timely manner
- Prepare simple food and beverage items, such as drinks, parfaits, and
other desserts, as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and
efficient service.
- Cashiering duties and other ad-hoc duties
- Positive working attitude
- Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
