We have a job opening for a Customer Service Officer for our office in Ubi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive & process orders and service requests via phone enquiries
- Handle & resolve customer enquiries and feedback in a timely & professional manner
- Take ownership of customer complaints and take necessary actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Have a working knowledge of products and able to communicate this to customers
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers for maximum customer satisfaction
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Patient and customer-service-oriented
- Excellent & effective communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written)
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
- Possess positive attitude to navigate challenging situations & scenarios
- Able to multi-task and handle stress
- Self-motivated
Other Information
◾️Working hours: 0830 to 1730hrs (Mon-Fri), 0830 to 1230hours (alternate Sat), no OT
◾️13 months pay
◾️Monthly Remuneration: basic salary (depends on experience) + transport allowance ($100) + variable allowance (depends on performance)
◾️Annual bonus: depends on company performance
◾️Annual leave: 12 days (increases by 2 days for every 2 years of employment)
◾️Medical coverage: up to $150 per year for medical reimbursement
◾️Probation: 1 month
