OVERALL REPONSIBILITIES
The primary objective of a Customer Service Specialist is to provide service excellence, to build relationship with the customers and to ensure smooth daily operations with maximized appointment occupancy. Providing excellent & effective communication and administration services are the key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
First-hand and top of mind knowledge of the Skin Spa’s customers by:
- Engaging & interacting with customers to provide information in response to their inquiries about products and service.
- To arrange regular appointments.
Introduce, recommend and sell Clarins products and treatment services in a professional and prescribed manner.
To ensure that Skin Spa is ready for opening.
To receive (check in) and attend to customers immediately upon their arrival.
Telephone Reception.
Checking out and ensure all reservations of products are properly kept and customers are informed.
