Digital Performance Marketing Specialist (In-House)

OOm is seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to oversee the paid performance aspects of their agency and training centre. The responsibilities include strategic planning, meticulous management, proficient development, and precise optimization of in-house campaigns across diverse digital platforms.


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage and optimise in-house campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Track, measure and deliver leads from online marketing campaigns.
  • Carry out keyword research and create ad copies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Set up tracking on various platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Review campaign performance with team members and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Review and study trends in the market to train and upgrade skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the in-house marketing team to increase the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and videographers for ad creatives.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing in relations to paid media
  • Possess excellent experience in managing and optimising Google Marketing Solutions (SEM and Pmax), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and achieving substantial lead acquisition through paid campaigns.
  • Possess excellent experience in analytics to provide insights on data analysis
  • Demonstrate an understanding of content management system (CMS) and user experience on websites or landing page
  • Excellent written and oral communication is a must.
  • Able to navigate within a multi-department environment
  • Ability to react quickly to situations and provide workable solutions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion for performance marketing and digital
  • Good time management and organisational skills
