A leading Control Room solutions provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager with a positive and professional attitude to support the sale of security and control room solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work closely with team members to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with a focus on non-government sectors.
• Identify and develop new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Provide pre-sales solutions to clients, conducting site surveys to determine optimal solutions.
• Participate in local and international trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of unified platforms is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders and manage key accounts.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain a professional demeanour.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding system diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software integrators and maintain good relationships with partners and clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and consultative skills.
• Fluent in conversational and written English.
