- Implement regional HR initiatives and participate in major HR projects covering Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
- Align HR policies, tools, and processes with group standards.
- Review SEA payroll monthly to ensure compliance with statutory and employment law requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Compile monthly regional headcount and recruitment reports.
- Provide administrative support for all regional matters.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Work Location: Redhill
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
- Fully work from office arrangement
- Either a 6/12 months contract
- Salary up to $4,200 depending on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR and above
- At least 3 years working experience across HR functions
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in work across border and provide innovative HR practices
- Experience in managing payroll matters for up to 200 headcounts
