Admin Executive
Working days: 5days
Working hours: 10am – 7pm
Working Location: Shenton Way
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage executives' calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for executives as needed.
- Correspondence and Communication:
Draft emails, memos, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Document Management:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality.
- Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:
Collaborate with different departments to facilitate communication and
workflow.
- Research and Analysis:
Conduct research, gather data, and perform analyses to support decision
making.
- Project Coordination:
Manage projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
effectively
