Responsibilities
1. Sales and marketing of static control, cleaning and temperature control industrial products
2. Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunities, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
3. Prepare and submit sales quotes, tender documents, technical documentation and manual.
4. Follow up on sales enquires/proposals from customers.
5. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
6. Facilitate meetings and workshops/training with customers for the Management and Product Marketing as required.
7. Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
8. Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
9. Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
10. To perform hands on fault diagnosis, trouble shooting, maintenance of component and/or system in the workshop / on site.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by Management.
Requirements
1. Diploma or ITE in Engineering; Certificate in Engineering
2. No prior experience is required, training will be provided
3. Possess a valid class 2/3 license would be an advantage
4. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
5. Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Customer-driven and results-oriented.
7. Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
8. Disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.
9. Good engineering knowledge and self-motivated
10. Able to work independently, good team player with positive work attitude
11. Willing to travel around South East Asia and beyond
