Position: Technician and IT Support Technicians

Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops and PCs, including parts replacement.
- Provide technical support for hardware-related issues.
- Ensure quality service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates with experience in building their own PCs and a strong interest in hardware repairs are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
