PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The position will be part of the Human Resources team for Singapore and Southeast Asia Market, and will play a key role in driving employee recruitment, retention, motivation and engagement activities in the Singapore Market. Also, this position will also be the business partner to some of the key corporate functions in the Singapore Market.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of HR deliverables, which include (not limited to) recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, support employee development, execute onboarding process, talent management and succession plans, as well as offboarding process.
- To build and maintain relationships with the line managers and employees
- Drive and execute the implementation of market-wide HR initiatives such as new hires’ orientation, team-bonding activities, staff engagement activities, long service award ceremony etc.
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR statistics for presentation/ reporting to the management
- Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by supervisor and/or management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in business partnering and possess a good understanding of Singapore Employment Act.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience preferred.
