Job Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment:
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, Telegram and LinkedIn
• Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
• Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program
HR operations:
• Organize company events and participate in campus outreach
• Application of MOM Work Passes and updating of personnel records
• Job portal management
• Vetting of Terms of Service and Candidate Contracts.
• Facilities management
• Insurance and medical benefits administration and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
