1. Group Awards
a. To support the planning and execution of annual awards cycle including conducting briefing for institutions’ representatives right through to preparing awards panel meetings.
b. To support the claims processing for annual development awards.
c. To support as a member in organising the annual awards ceremony.
2. Workplace Health
a. To provide secretariat support to Staff Well-Being Committee, Staff Protection Function Subcomm and any others when required.
b. To help with preparation, planning and execution of training/communication acrossinstitutions.
c. To help with preparation, planning and execution of projects across institutions.
Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline
- Min 0-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development related role
