Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Receives and transfers all calls to respective rooms or departments.
- Assist guests with overseas calls.
- Handles all wake up calls and monitors the telephone printers.
- Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- Ensure all room reservations are are follow-up promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
