HR Assistant
- Salary: $2,500 – $3,200
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- Location: Alexandra Road (Near to Labrador Park MRT)
1. Role Description
HR assistant to assist in ensuring that the department’s day-to-day operations are running smoothly. From scheduling interviews and maintaining filing systems to managing HR databases, in helping the HR team stay organized and to provide administrative support.
2. Specific Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews.
- Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day to day operations administrative
- Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
- To assist each employee's monthly OT's and allowance (if any)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines
- At least 1 year HR experience
- Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
