Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales efforts for our awards, events, media, and sponsorship opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services sector and a passion for building relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for awards, events, media, and sponsorships
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets, conducting outreach to generate leads.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximize revenue generation.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and event teams to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and execution.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services, events, or media sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities with the capacity to engage effectively within the financial services community.
