Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Engineer
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Central
Pay: Up to $5000
Duration: 1- year Contract
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Normal Office Hours
Responsibilities:
Networking Management:
· Works hand in hand with the server, network, security and developer teams to facilitate assistance to users.
· Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Incident Management:
· Handle every issue within the SLA and record every incident (via phone or email) in the Incident Management System.
· Complete all required escalation from L1 to L2, as well as to the hardware vendor, third party, and supervisor.
Asset Management:
· Ensure every new IT equipment and PCs are functioning else rectification to be done.
· Verify that all items are accurately listed in the asset database, labelled, and have the required paperwork properly signed and attached.
Desktop Software/ Patch Management:
· Report the daily/ weekly/ monthly progress to the supervisor.
· Assist in the testing and rollout of the software/ patches to all PCs.
Job Request:
· Provide solution and recommendation to the user within SLA.
· Deliver immediate update to the status of the request assigned
· Manage VIP/Executive Support
· Provide support after office hour and standby
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4-years related experience.
