Job description:
- Perform all assigned duties to support the achievement of the company Asia Pacific's strategic goals and objectives.
- Assist the Business Development Director in setting revenue targets and budgets.
- Create action plans to attract prospects and meet revenue targets for all company products.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with key client accounts by offering support, information, and guidance; identifying and recommending new opportunities; and suggesting improvements in profitability and service.
- Work with other departments to ensure successful fulfilment and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and customized communications.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in order fulfilment.
- Experience as order fulfilment customer service in Transportation, Manufacturing or Logistics industry
- Familiar with SAP system
