Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate financial information on the performance of companies within the group.
- Conduct company-specific and industry research, monitor financial movements, and analyze data for benchmarking and decision-making.
- Assist in the development and execution of corporate finance transactions within the group.
Job Duties:
- Analyze and maintain financial data for group companies.
- Develop and maintain financial models and databases on comparable companies and industry data.
- Identify trends and conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance.
- Access market data to provide up-to-date valuation metrics.
- Prepare analytical reports as required.
- Assist with structuring transactions, negotiations, and preparation and review of transaction documents.
- Guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the group.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification preferred.
- MBA is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and financial data services.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Advanced skills in financial forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
- Independent, initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Securities Equity Analysis, or M&A/DD consulting.
- Big4 auditing experience is highly preferred.
