As the HR Manager, you will be reporting to the VP – Ventures. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Also, this role will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, maintaining government period surveys, and utilizing HRIS for efficient data and payroll management. Salary range: $5000-7000 (depending on experience)

About the role
- Coordinate recruitment activities and administer hiring process.
- Fully responsible for the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including contract signing, employee information storage and update, employee visa processing and other employee relations work.
- Manage monthly payroll administration service across geographies with utu employees.
- Handle enquiries and assistance on any compensation and benefits related enquiries from staff for leaves, claims etc.
- Assist in the submission of MOM and SNEF surveys that includes quarterly and annual salary, headcount and training data.
- Manage company policies, benefits, and HR paperwork.
- Update and maintain internal HRIS system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and enhancing employee morale.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing programs, and supporting career growth.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing improvement plans.
- Support overall office administration activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Preferred Experiences & Skills
- Degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) with at least 5 years relevant experience
- A proven goal-oriented team player with strong integrity, analytical, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to lead this job function
- Working experience with MS office
- Ability to speak and write English well
- Strong knowledge of local HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Meticulous, with good attention to details
- Must be Singaporean or PR
