Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and help grow our customer base. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our partners to identify opportunities with our existing customers and new prospects. Reporting:
The position will report directly to the team manager.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with callers to share the existing and new schemes
• Understand caller’s challenges and recommend suitable solutions
• Build rapport and strong partnerships by engaging with clients on a regular basis
• Assisting by phone, email and chat
• Use technology tools such as softphone, CRM etc.

• Knowledge: Some knowledge of business process outsourcing will be advantaged

• Hours: 20:30 - 09:15 (Permanent afternoon shift)
• Location: Singapore, Central or West. Work from home option available
