About the role:
- Monitor respond to security dashboard alerts (like SecureWorks, i-Secure) andgroup level vulnerabilities/threats including public-facing assets, incident actions.
- First level support to users in Singapore, Thailand for Cyber Threats (Spam/Phishing, Malware reports). And take actions including Virus Deep scans, block domains.
- To Support IT Management regional IT in reporting on regional measures including eLearning and vulnerabilities/threat reporting.
- Help identify/support employee training to prevent phishing and other forms of cyberattack
- Secondary Role: backup for Network Engineer to cover the Network Support for Singapore Thailand.

Education and Training
- A bachelor's degree/Diploma in computer science/ cybersecurity, or a related field is for entry-level cybersecurity support.
- Practical experience through internships, cooperative education programs, or entry-level positions in Cyber support.
- Additionally, industry certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are highly valued but not mandated.
