Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Frontier E-hr Pte Ltd

We are looking for a driven and self-disciplined person who can support the execution of marketing activities to drive lead generation and increase in Frontier e-HR brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and create marketing plans including digital marketing across a broad range of marketing channels
  2. Creation of various collateral, content and presentations including product launches, brochures, customer case studies
  3. Website management (Wordpress)
  4. Company’s database (CRM) management
  5. Create engaging digital content for publishing into various platforms including website and social media accounts, cultivating social media conversations and engagement
  6. Liaise with SEO and SEM vendors to monitor the performance on a regular basis and develop optimization plans
  7. Initiate lead generation plan
  8. Produce videos and graphics across multiple social media platforms
  9. Achieve leads generation target
  10. Acquire new leads through various channels such as online research, cold calling or emails and partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma and above in Marketing, Communications or Business, or an equivalent working experience
  2. SAAS B2B sales marketing experience
  3. Brand management experience
  4. Partnership management
  5. Strong software skills including Adobe, Canva, CRM and other corporate productivity tools used in the company
  6. Proven experience and understanding of digital marketing including social media, SEO and SEM
