Cybersecurity Support Analyst will be the first line of defense and provide first level support to users cyber security threats (like Phishing, malware incidents), Act/Respond on potential threat identified by security systems, partners and Security teams. Were seeking a vigilant cybersecurity analyst with knowledge of how cybercriminals work. Expertise in understanding vulnerabilities risk to be the Cyber Security adviser to IT Manager and regional IT team. The person will work with IT Management for regional remediation actions and review/recommend solutions for threat/vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate understands cybersecurity threats, standards and certifications. The role may also be involved in educating users about best practices for online safety and security.
Responsibilities
- Monitor respond to security dashboard alerts (like SecureWorks, i-Secure) and group level vulnerabilities/threats including public-facing assets, incident actions.
- First level support to users in Singapore, Thailand for Cyber Threats (Spam/Phishing, Malware reports). And take actions including Virus Deep scans, block domains.
- To Support IT Management regional IT in reporting on regional measures including eLearning and vulnerabilities/threat reporting.
- Help identify/support employee training to prevent phishing and other forms of cyberattack
Secondary Role: backup for Network Engineer to cover the Network Support for Singapore Thailand.
