Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. You are also expected to oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, probationary and confirmation processes, as well as inter-departmental and international transfers, including visa applications and relocation assistance. Other duties include administering company benefits, compensation programs, ensuring regulatory compliance to attract and retain talent, support training activities, employee engagement programs, and maintaining employee records, prepare management reports, and handling statutory submissions.
Your Profile
The ideal candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, has over 5 years of robust HR experience in recruitment, expatriate management, training, benefits administration, and payroll processing within a multinational environment.
