Job Description
1. Assist in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
2. Preparation schematic and lay-out design.
3. Preparation of technical specifications and drawings.
4. Plan and execute work plans on site.
5. Work with design engineers/architects for technical proposal.
6. Attend site meeting with clients/architects and authorities on project technical matters.
7. Provide technical/engineering support to internal/external customers.
8. Ensure compliance of statutory regulations & contractual obligations.
9. Plan submission to relevant authorities.
10. Coordinate, liaise and manage various projects of client, contractor, vendor, etc on site to ensure project are met according to requirements.
11. Tender Evaluation.
12. Any ad-hoc work duties to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
1. Recognized Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Strong knowledge of M&E Details, working drawing and local construction practices.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV and/or Electrical works
4. Ability to carry-out conceptual design for MEP services using autoCAD.
5. Responsible, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
6. Good Coordination and management skills
7. Can work under pressure and with the team
