Job Responsibilities
- Consistently meet required sales targets and KPIs.
- Perform sales calls and respond to customer requests in line with policies and procedures.
- Listen actively and ask appropriate questions to recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Engage customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring prompt follow-up to increase outbound sales conversion and reduce lead wastage.
- Work towards team objectives and demonstrate commitment to business targets and personal goals.
- Participate in team meetings and specialized training to ensure accurate information is communicated to clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Proficient in both oral and written communication, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive mindset in driving change and improving processes.
- Proven track record in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment.
- Minimum of “O” Level or equivalent qualifications with BCP & PGI certificates is preferred.
- Experience in auto insurance is advantageous.
