We are seeking a Senior Application Infrastructure Engineer (Desktop) to work with industry experts and contribute to government projects!

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement desktop infrastructure solutions to support applications and workflows.
- Monitor and optimize desktop infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop infrastructure-related issues.
- Handle incident management and engage with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize application deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize desktop infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.
- Ensures Infrastructure requirements are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives and propose areas of improvement.
- Responsible for the ICT infrastructure aspects of the projects from initiation to implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Prior experience working on government projects.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure operations/operation management, with a focus on desktop infrastructure.
- Excellent writing skills for documentation and communication.
- Proficiency in the VMware virtualization suite, including vSAN, with the ability to install, design, and support VMware infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure Cloud services, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS.
