As the CTO, you will be at the helm of our technological innovation, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge blockchain solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep technical background in blockchain technology and a proven track record in leading tech teams. You will work closely with our leadership team to align our technology vision with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Leadership: Lead the technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and research in blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and distributed ledger technology (DLT).
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and performance.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge technologies and best practices into our solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technological risks, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our systems and solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, investors, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Extensive experience in blockchain technology, including smart contracts, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling technology teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
