Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Tue, Wed, Thurs)
Job Scope
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and administer on employee perks such as long service award, gift basket, new born, birthday celebration email to staff
- Coordinate and raise HR-related vendor quotes, POs and payments as needed
- Organize, coordinate and monitor regular employee-related events as part of Social Committee and CSR
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma qualification with at least 1 year of HR experience
- Well versed with MS office with basic excel/word/ppt knowledge
