Job Descriptions:
- Manage Reception area and Visitor Management activities.
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of any messages.
- Receive and or pick up packages/documents from courier or mail services; sorts and hands over item(s) to recipients.
- Manage uniforms & safety shoes stock requirements including the co-ordination of orders and goods delivery.
- Ensure all internal & external meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy are ready to be used.
- Assist on office administrative function; support event-organizing, purchase of stationary items.
- Ad hoc other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- N/ O Levels / ITE certification in Business Administration/ Commerce/Finance or Admin.
- Minimum 3 years of Receptionist , Admin, Telephone Operator or any relevant working experience.
- Good PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including the internet, e-mail functions & Microsoft Office.
- 5.5 day work week
