Job Responsibilities
- Handling daily operations
- Being designated to a site in handling daily operations such as assisting site managers in property management services
- Organising and planning daily operations.
- Prepre and support an emergency/crisis management plan
- Ensure the general maintenance of the site.
- Play a vital role in ensuring that clients are satisfied by providing excellent customer service and meeting their needs.
- Operating in compliance with the relevant building statutory requirements.
- Building positive working relationships
- Work and interact with various people such as clients, tenants and your team member
- Maintain good and positive relationships with internal stakeholder

Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in property management
- Experienced and familiar with Microsoft Office Software
- Effective communicator and a thinker
- Aable to communicate (in writing and verbally) effectively with others of all levels
- Possessing the ability to maintain professionalism with all stakeholders.
- Independent thinker and able to resolve problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Stay positive with a can-do attitude that will influence people around you.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced work environment
