Job scope:
- Required to handle insurance claims and billing matters
- Handling registration for patients
- Assist in scheduling of appointments
- Answering enquiries and feedback
- Assist doctor/nurses during procedures if required
- Assist in crowd control
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Need to have experience in the healthcare industry
- Have to be comfortable with handling billing duties
