- Continuously monitor and address guests' needs, providing attentive service
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, resetting tables promptly
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or similar scale dining environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and dining etiquette
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and maintain composure
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
