Field Service Engineer |Up to $4.2k | Tai Seng
- Salary: $3,200 - $4,200
- Working Days & Hours: 5.5day work(Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm & Sat 9am – 12noon).
- Working Location: KA Centre [Tai Seng MRT / Bartley MRT]
Allowance – if candidate own a car, transport allowance 1K, if dun have own car, transport as per claim. company mobile will be provided
Requirements:
- NTC /Diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1 year's experience in the M&E industry, preferably with relevant experience in data centre or mission critical infrastructures
- Execute Preventive maintenance, troubleshoots at client site.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair and any other specialist service on the complete range of company product.
- Carry our service work to the highest possible standard in line with company policy & procedures and industry-recognized best practices.
- Ensure service work is completed safely and efficiently at all times with minimum call back and warranty expense.
- Ensure service reports are completed fully and to a good standard on completion of each service order or in cases where the duration of the work is in excess of one week, service reports must be submitted on a weekly basis.
- During your day-to-day work in the field, actively identify and promote new/additional services, parts and products to our customers and feedback either verbally or via your service report of potential opportunities to the relevant person in the service office.
- Supervise subcontractors working on behalf of company.
- To ensure that experience is passed on to the rest of the company service team through mentoring and training.
- Maintain service vehicle and any other tools and/or equipment assigned to you in good condition.
- Ensure the continued and sustainable growth of our maintenance base through customer relationship building with new and existing customers
- Ensure the highest standard of safety are maintained at any job site at all times including but not limited to company’s staff
- Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise
