Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
- Answer customer calls and walk-in enquiries. There is no prospecting or cold calling required.
- Identify customer’s home care needs and match suitable caregivers or trained maids who fit their requirements.
- Conduct interviews for employers with caregivers and trained maids.
- Caregiver shortlisting, interview, selection and creation of biodata
- Explain regulatory requirements to employers on the hiring of migrant domestic workers and agency contractual terms.
- Apply for work permit for caregivers and trained maids. Liaise with relevant parties for its processing.
- Conduct post-placement follow-up calls with employers and caregivvers. Counselling and mediation as needed.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Other ad hoc operational and administrative matters
Requirements
- CEI holder (preferred) or Willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job. Company will sponsor course and exam fee.
- Possess a minimum diploma from Singapore in any field or a degree from overseas.
- At least 2 years in deskbound work in any field in Singapore.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Competent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work with MS Word and Excel.
