Title: Customer Service Assistant
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am~6:00pm
Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (scheduled by supervisor based on duty roster)
Salary: Up to $2.8K + Variable Bonus + AWS + Allowances
Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
• Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
• Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
• Encourage customer to order through e-commerce store
