CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Location: Central (Bugis)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Office Hours)
- Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3000
- Fixed Allowances
- AWS
- Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Provide telephone, email and web chat support to customers
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
- Encourage customer to order through e-commerce store
Requirements:
- Preferably possess at least 1 year of order processing working experience handling customer's enquiries
- Candidates with limited exposures and interested in this field may apply as well
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
- Meticulous and organized
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
- Candidates with short notice period will be highly preferred for this role
