We are looking for experienced Order Fulfillment Customer Service Executive that will add value into our expanding company!
Responsibilities:
Process Customer orders
Attend to after sales service requests
Coordinate and arrange with customers on order fulfilments
Coordinate with logistic team on order fulfilments
Requirements:
Prior working experience is highly advantage
Demonstrate good customer service skills
Strong in follow up and time management
possess great problem solving skills
Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
