Requirement:
- Must have WSET Level 3.
- Min 3 years experience working in wines industries.
- Independent, self-motivated and energetic
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skill and has a positive attitude
Responsiblities:
- Handling and manage incoming phone calls and address to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about product and services, answer question and resolve emerging problem efficiently.
- Generating sales leads, assessing customer needs and problem solving.
- Introduces new products, develop marketing strategic as well as pricing strategies.
- Oversee merchandising and inventory levels.
- Support in marketing activities & creating marketing material
- Provide product information for updating on the company’s website.
- Provide support to the Sales Team from time to time
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Computer Skill required:
Proficiency in MS Office
Work Schedule:
Required to work 5.5 day per week.
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Salary Package:
SGD3,500 and above.
