The opportunity

The role of CS Service & Support Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the first point of contact for visitors to our business and the ‘owner’ of the receipt and release of goods process within our business.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets, improve the flow of inbound and outbound logistics and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in goods being delivered and outstanding service to our customers.

The role is focused on the following areas:

Customer and Office Support:

  • Answering all incoming customer calls and managing all front office activities
  • Greeting external visitors and couriers
  • File, database & records management
  • Assistance with internal meetings & events
  • Liaising with interstate and international offices
  • Manage & maintain office supplies
  • Sales Administration & Logistics
  • All shipment arrangements - using online portals
  • Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests
  • Verify goods shipped by matching bills, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies
  • Manage and monitor stock movement and local product inventory
  • Maintain and update sales, product and customer records
  • Manage sales orders, including collection/delivery of devices
  • Manage business and sales enquiries as needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties or special projects as assigned
  • Provide full administrative support to CardioScan Singapore office
  • Comply with policies and procedures relating to CardioScan business services

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales/sustomer service/ administration, or a similar role.
  • Diploma/ ITE in business administration or similar preferred
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion plans
  • Be a self-motivated, pleasant individual with a strong customer service focus
  • Attitude is everything - you must be a team player with the ability to work cohesively with others
  • Have decision making and problem solving skills
  • Be a strong communicator who leads by example, upholds our core values and exhibits expected behaviours
  • Able to effectively work autonomously
  • Effective time management skills
  • Have a hands-on approach, to get the job done.
  • Strong computer skills (Monday.com, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office365)
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
