Working Location: Braddell
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8.30 – 6pm & Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues and enquiries from merchant
- Merchant outreach to request for document / information via email & phone call engagement
- Assisting in data extraction, data entry and data validation
- Provide administrative assistance to merchant team as required
- Problem solving and handle assigned ad-hoc duties
- Perform on site merchant visit for document collection
Requirements:
- GCE O Level & above with minimum 1 year of experience in a dynamic working environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task & meticulous, well-organized with good time management skills
- Experience in processes and record-keeping
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to meeting timelines
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment and frequent dynamic request from managers
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
