Job Description
- Meet and greet visitors and clients
- Take charge of enquiries from calls and walk-ins and directing them to the appropriate team
- Manage courier and delivery matters for the team
- Manage inventory and arrange order of essential items in the office
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Support management team in travel and flight arragements
- Assist in company event coordination and implementation
- Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsibiity, initiative and diligence
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management team
- Willing to accept 5.5 day work week
Requirements
- Preferably Diploma holders and above
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Good track record in administrative duties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking clients, visitors and partners
