Job Description

  • Meet and greet visitors and clients
  • Take charge of enquiries from calls and walk-ins and directing them to the appropriate team
  • Manage courier and delivery matters for the team
  • Manage inventory and arrange order of essential items in the office
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Support management team in travel and flight arragements
  • Assist in company event coordination and implementation
  • Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsibiity, initiative and diligence
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management team
  • Willing to accept 5.5 day work week


Requirements


  • Preferably Diploma holders and above
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good track record in administrative duties
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to communicate effectively with English and Chinese speaking clients, visitors and partners
