Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in provide caregiving duties and support to patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.(i.e. sponging, feeding, lifting & moving)
- Engage patients and their family members/visitors to understand their needs and manage their expectations in the area of service delivery
- Overall management of clerical and operational support in a ward
