What We are Looking For

Are you an individual who is independent, self-motivated and passionate about healthcare? Are you keen to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Patient Care Executive to join our Operations team as the digital face of WhiteCoat. You will be our ambassador and go-to expert for all things related to our services, to ensure a pleasant and seamless healthcare experience for our users.

You will be expected to:

  • Provide personalised support to users via emails and calls
  • Troubleshoot basic app issues preventing users from accessing our services
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve patient-related queries
  • Uphold a professional image when communicating with users at all times

Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Degree or Diploma - we welcome fresh graduates who are willing to learn the ropes
  • Is open to working non-standard shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Has a strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritize providing quality service to our users over chasing case closures
  • Pays attention to detail to ensure our users’ issues are understood and resolved efficiently
  • Is a proactive learner who can work well with teammates, as well as without supervision
