Job Description
- Preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.
- Provide administrative and contractual support.
- Prepare subcontract tenders and contract documents including bills of quantities.
- Prepare progress claims and evaluate subcontractors/vendros' claim.
- Ensure the quotation submission in compliance with the relevant codes and specification.
- Responsible for quantity takes-off and cost estimation.
- Handle cost/budget management, VO and finalisaition of accounts.
- Source for quotations, evaluate and negotiate quotations.
- Prepare written correspondences.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in QS/Building with 3 to 5 years experience in local construction firm.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
